This week I am going to give you tips for choosing a Realtor. Tip #1 - Chose the agent who will be professional and diplomatic towards other agents while representing you. It makes a big difference!!!

Tip number three for choosing the best realtor: ask them to commit to a response time on any emails phone calls or text messages you might send them. Most realtors should be able to commit to responding to you within 3 hours.

With more homeowners getting ready to sell later this year, putting your house on the market sooner rather than later is the best way to make sure your listing shines brighter than the rest.
