I Run KC Challenge

Lynette Vaughan stopped by today to pickup her 50K Challenge medal and a new pair of shoes! Good job Lynette!

We have updated the registration site with additional races today. There is still more to come as we get more information from organizers, but there are a lot of options available to reach your 30K, 100K or 200K goals!

There are several 10Ks coming up in the next few months, the Groundhog Run in Kansas City on 1/26 and the Sweetheart Run in OP on 2/15, the Shamrock Shuffle 10K in Lawrence on 3/7 and Jadon's Hope Bug Run on 3/28 in Olathe! Time to get started towards your 100K goal!

Congratulations to Terry Nelson and Mark Wetz, who completed their 200K Challenge in what may have been the fewest races of anyone this year! They were able to fit in a lot of participating half marathons into their busy schedule of races around town and around the country! Great job to both of you!

The price for the Liberty Hospital Half Marathon and 5K goes up on Saturday! Sign up soon and save and get one step closer to your Missouri 30K or your 200K Challenge goals by participating in this fun event on 3/7!

We are meeting at 6pm tonight for a three mile group run from our Martin City store (200 E 135th Street) followed by some food and drinks! We will be celebrating 2019 I Run KC Challenge accomplishments and talking about the 2020 Challenges! Join us!

Rebecca Labat celebrated completing her 200K Challenge on Sunday by enjoying the post race breakfast buffet! Congrats Rebecca! That is a lot of races!

Give it up for Erica Kobleski and Julia Trumpold, who finished their 50K Challenge at the Great Santa Run 5K on Sunday! Congrats ladies! Well done!

Join us on Thursday, December 19, at 6pm at our Martin City store for an I Run KC Challenge year-end get together. We will kick it off with a short group run followed by a post-run celebration of your amazing Challenge accomplishments this year! We will also talk about the 2020 I Run KC Challenges and provide a chance for offline processing fee free registration! RSVP to [email protected] so we know how many to plan for!

Justin Cudnik has wrapped up his 100K Challenge and has picked up a lot of medals along the way for his son Luca to help him enjoy! Congratulations Justin!
