Project Update: Crews are currently working on a Sewer Replacement Project for the City of New Madrid, Missouri. This particular alley is infested with underground and overhead utilities, 12FT average machine clearance, 10-12FT laying depths, 100% haul off and gravel replacement, and sandy collapsing ground conditions. This is what sets KAJACS aside from other Contractors in our region, almost doubling expected production in these conditions.

UPDATE: P002-P003 Sub-basin Sewer Capacity Improvement Project Approximately 1,200 linear feet of 60-inch diameter sewer pipe and 430 linear feet of 42-inch dia...meter sewer pipe has been installed. Two critical bores for the project have been completed since January that included the installation of a 500-foot long 82-inch diameter steel encasement pipe. The project is approximately 42% complete. A bore of Midland Boulevard will commence within the next one to two weeks. The bore of Midland should have minimal impact on Midland Boulevard traffic. However, the bore pit excavations may result in partial closures of North P Street on either side of Midland Boulevard. PROJECT COMPLETE: The P002-P003 Sub-basin Sewer Capacity Improvement Project is complete. This is a Consent Decree project designed to increase flow to the P S...treet Wastewater Treatment Plant. The scope of this project included: A 500-foot bore under multiple railroad tracks A 200-foot bore under Midland Avenue along with several shorter bores 1,800 feet of 60-inch sewer main 2,900 feet of 48-inch sewer main 550 feet of 42-inch sewer main 700 feet of 8-inch to 36-inch sewer main Nine 10-foot diameter manholes Seventeen 8-foot diameter manholes Four 6-foot diameter manholes Twenty-eight 4-foot diameter manholes This project was completed at 3.8% under budget.
