So, since I was on the creative roll yesterday, I continued playing in my studio. I finished my "Simply Blessed Sunflower" door/wall hanger. One of the many items I offer to do for my paint parties. Now on to a porch leaner. Mmmm... what shall I paint on it? Any suggestions? Whoever has the best suggestion will win one of the many custom handpainted door hangers I create. Spring Break is here and guess where I am at? I'm in my shop getting ready for Easter. All orders are filled and delivered. But, I have a few 8x10 and 11x14 canvases itching to have an Easter design on them for some sweet Chickadees to paint. I LOVE MY JOB! Not to many people can say that. I am one lucky Chick! I love teaching art at Carrollton High School and sharing my passion for painting with others at my paint parties. Today was my first Pop Up Paint and Sip Party at the Carrollton County Historical Museum. I had 16 painters who came from all around. (Carrollton, Norborne, Hale, Marshall, Chillicothe and Belton to name a few towns.) Everyone did such an awesome job. So proud of these fantastic ladies. I had a blast and hope they did too! Thanks for joining me. Can't wait to see you all again!

"Paint & Sip at the Museum" is finally here. My seats are filled and I am tickled pink with enthusiasm. I have my supplies packed and stacked ready to load. Canvases are prepped and waiting for paint to brighten their day. Looking forward to share my passion with everyone at the Carroll County Museum. Don't forget to bring your favorite beverage to sip on.
