HELLO CUSTOMERS: We want to ask for your patience as the guys are working as fast as they can to get your trash hauled away before the winds catch the cans or bags and blow them away.... They will be working very late again trying to get garbage taken care of for you, so please be patient and leave your trash out as they are dealing with very high winds all over... God Bless...

NEW UPDATE FOR ALL OF OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS::: As of today the trucks are up and running but because of some very heavy trash we are assuming from the cold front we had a couple of weeks ago, several customers are putting out very heavy trash which is causing our trucks to fill up much faster than usual. (ONCE AGAIN WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE AND THANK ALL OF YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR PATIENCE)... We believe by the end of this Thursday night we will have all of Monday, T...uesday, and most of Wednesday picked up if not all. If for some reason your trash is not picked up on Wednesday (ONCE AGAIN PLEASE LEAVE IT OUT AND AS SOON AS THE TRUCK IS DUMPED IN THE MORNING WE WILL BE HEADED YOUR WAY).. As far as all of our THURSDAY AND FRIDAY customers please leave your trash out and we will get all of it taken care of on FRIDAY for you...REMEMBER we will be running much later than usual due to the heavy trash but we will due our best to get it picked up for you ASAP. NEW UPDATE TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS Early afternoon as of Tuesday we were able to get the truck back in operation and the guys back on the road working as hard as they can to get your trash picked up in order. WE APOLOGIZE ONCE AGAIN FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE!!! We ask for your patience as they will be working very late each night until the trucks get filled and then starting again early in the morning as they go to the landfill to get them dumped, and then starting right back... where they finished the previous night working as quickly as they can to get to your house to get your trash picked up. We have no way of telling you exactly what days or on what part of the routes we will be, but once again we will be running them in order as usual to get you taken care of so we ask you to PLEASE LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUT, as we are doing this WE WANT TO THANK ALL OF YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE AND YOUR PRAYERS "GOD BLESS".......

NOTIFICATION TO ALL OF OUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS: Due to and unexpected truck part going out on the truck earlier today,(called the IDM) the truck was not operating for several hours, once the new part was delivered from Springfield, we found out or believe that a bad part was sent to us. This caused us to run late for several hours and not be able to pick all of our customers trash today. THIS WAS UNEXPECTED AND OUT OF OUR CONTROL AND ONCE AGAIN WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR THE INCONV...ENIENCE. We will be working on the truck as quick as we can and trying to get to your trash as soon as possible. PLEASE LEAVE YOUR TRASH OUT SO WE CAN PICK IT UP AS SOON AS THE TRUCK IS BACK IN OPERATION.
