Drum roll please. Announcing the newest tenant at Red Bridge, Cookies & Creamery! The locally owned and operated ice cream shop will be located on the north side of the center right next to Crows Coffee Red Bridge with hopes to open by late Fall 2020. Cookies & Creamery will be a wonderland of Kansas City’s best treat-makers featuring signature items like Creamwiches: made with local ice cream, fresh-baked cookies, and rolled in specialty toppings! Ten flavors of different l...ocal ice creams will also be available by the scoop, fresh-baked cookies from Mary's Mountain Cookies -Belton, Pop Culture Popcorn, and a selection of milks from Shatto Milk Company. You may recognize Cookies & Creamery from their sister brand, Cottontale KC, Kansas City’s premier cotton candy event experience. When faced with the challenges that 2020 offered, the founders of Cottontale doubled down by adding a second brand that would open up opportunities to serve KC with a wider range of treats. We could not be more thrilled Cookies & Creamery chose to open their first brick and mortar location with us!
