Joy is the antidote to sadness! Continuing with the seasonal theme of Metal Element, the Lung acupuncture meridian is associated with grief and sadness. At this time of year we give attention to the emotions associated with Lung and sometimes seek to "dispel sadness." We must feel our feelings, but acupucture can help to disperse "stuck" energy.
