Vote Ian Kennedy for the 2020 Roberto Clemente Award His dedication to our community extends to all, but his focus on helping families of military service members and brain cancer patients, as well as combatting human trafficking are just a few of the ways that Ian serves others at every opportunity. We are proud to nominate him for the 2020 Roberto Clemente Award. Click here to vote: https://www.mlb.com/forms/roberto-clemente-award/form #VoteForIan... Kansas City Royals See more

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month we had the privilege of featuring Kansas City Artist Vania Soto during Bank of America’s all employee podcast. She provided a glimpse into her journey and the importance of honoring and maintaining our heritage/culture through art. Her insight and inspiring work shows the importance and criticality of telling our own stories. What a talented and beautiful young women! Thank you and congratulations Vania Soto! Eres el orgullo de Kansas City and beyond!

BizFest 2020 was another huge success! Congratulations to our top 6 finalists and the rest of the students who participated in this incredible program. Seeing our youth grow and develop is why we do this year after year. We are excited to see these students take advantage of all the opportunities that they were provided and continue to support them along their career development. We are ready to see these young adults succeed and are already hard at work for next year’s BizFe...st students! The Hispanic Collaborative is the organization that puts on KC BizFest and provides year round resources through Latinos of Tomorrow (LOTs) for High School and College aged students! Be sure to follow us and reach out with any questions or resources that you need.

First Day of KC BizFest was a huge success! We have an incredible group of students this year and they are all working hard towards developing amazing businesses. Students learned how to Dress for Success, they learned about business plan fundamentals, and heard riveting stories from guest speakers. Our special guest was Carlos Vides who is a successful businessman, a longtime supporter of KC BizFest, and a member of National Speakers Association.... Carlos inspired the students to overcome any adversity thrown their way and he credits KC BizFest for his passion for speaking.
