Easter Sunday! He Is Risen!!!!

What a great way to start Easter! Full house for the Community Sonrise service! Great music, great worship, great Word, great breakfast, great fellowship! Now getting ready for round 2 at Hillop. Easter egg hunt us over, Sunday small groups are meeting and service will start soon!

Due to the threat of inclement weather, all services are canceled tonight at Hilltop Church. At 1, steady snow was falling in crane and temperatures are scheduled to be at or below the freezing mark this evening

People are asking me about help. This is a great way. If you want to donate by check or cash, I am glad to help get it to them.

Sitting reflecting on my life, remembering all the past Thanksgivings. I am blessed by all the influences in my life. Mom and Dad, grandparents, my sister and b...rother-in-law, my in-laws, now my kids and families. The greatest has been my wife! The older I get the more I realize that good family is a great treasure, one without price. I remember a wall plaque at home in my childhood, "The family that prays together stays together." May we always remember the true source of our strength, hope, peace and future. Be truly grateful to God! See more

Last Sunday some of us from our church went carolling. It was so much fun to sing outside of the homes of some who have not been able to be with us in church. The snow showers added to the magic of it all!! Look at these sweet little faces that helped us sing. They got to decorate cookies for a special treat afterwards. For your entertainment these same kiddos (plus several more and a few adults) will be performing a Christmas program at 10:45 Sunday morning Dec 20th. Sunday evening the 20th at 6 pm will be our annual Christmas Candlelight Service! Light refreshments will follow. Please join us!
