As many of you all know I am in the process of moving my office home. It will work out great for me because I was working at the office then dragging everything home and working in the evening at home. This will save me more time and everything is in one place. Still the same service and always a phone call, text or instant message away, just in a different location. I know of two best friends that are pretty happy about it!!

We have pulled a little snippet of video from The Windyville Documentary coming soon! When we filmed the interviews for the documentary we laughed, we cried and we remembered. It is going to be such a great documentary for all to see. We will let you know when it is available. Facebook doesn't like HD video too much so I saved it a little smaller file.

Spent most of the day today filming interviews today for the documentary we were hired to do for the new owner of the Windyville General Store. It was a great time where I got to share in the rich history and stories of the families that owned the store through the years. We laughed, we cried and we remembered. Everyone that passed through the store today was so thankful to Katie for restoring the history for generations to come. Thank you for choosing Highland for this project and allowing us to be part of it!

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF YOUR LIKES??? If you are a business owner and have a Facebook Business Page, many think that you need to have a couple thousand "likes". That is not true! Facebook algorithms on your Facebook Business Page is set up now to weed out people that are not engaged and interacting on your page and sends your post to the news feeds of new likes or people that are commenting, etc. ... So if you are running a contest and giving away an item to gain more likes on your page is this a good thing? Well it really depends on your business and industry. If I am a business that has a clientele in the upper income bracket, I don't want to load up my Facebook page with every person that is trying to qualify for my giveaway. Because chances are those people who are wanting something free, are not my clientele! So if you have a low number of likes on your page, don't worry about it, you are marketing to a qualified group of people and not to a mass of people who are never going to come into your store and purchase. Your goal is to get those qualified "likes" to engage on your posts. So really take a look at your clientele, your business and what is going to fit your needs and marketing strategy.
