We would also like to take this opportunity to remind everyone that we do have a resident portal which allows residents to pay rent and submit work orders online. We will have an open house Tuesday May 28th 2019 from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm come out and see our apartments we have available. We can give you an application to fill out. We have a couple apartments left to rent. If you want to call and set up an appointment to view call 573-253-4214 if no answer leave a message. We are a senior community 55 and over.

We still have a couple of Two bedroom apartments available for lease. This is a senior community and we would love to have you come and check us out. The rent is 540 per month plus electric.
