Our FREE 8 week Flow & Flexibility Vinyasa Yoga series kicks off tomorrow (Saturday) morning at 10 am. This free series offers a blend of accessible postures, peaceful movement and intentional breath to gently improves ones stability, mobility and flexibility. Instructor is Jessica Kiser. This 8 week series is open to the public. No registration necessary. We will have our first class in the new gymnasium in order to assure social distancing. If you cannot make the first class, you’re welcome to join in on any of the following Saturday morning classes. We are encouraging individuals to bring their own mat, but we have mats if you don’t have access to one. #healthydentcounty

Due to the latest data posted by the Dent County Health Department, the Healthy Dent County Fitness Center has decided to immediately pause Sweet & Low and Slow... Motion group classes until further notice. They do offer Fitness On Demand in the classroom and encourage all members who enjoy the class style workouts to try their workouts individually. Message or call Director Susie Cahill at 739-1127 to meet with you to show you how to use the system. It's very user friendly and has workouts for every genre, age group and fitness level. Classes will resume at a later date. Member health and safety remains a top priority. See more

Learn To Flow will automatically play at 5:15 pm this evening (Wednesday) and each Wednesday for the remainder of October and November for any member wanting to add some Yoga to their workout routine. It will play in the classroom. #healthydentcounty #fod24

We have a Fitness on Demand Pilates virtual class scheduled to begin at 6:45 pm tonight (Tuesday) in the classroom for anyone interested. Just have your mat out and be ready for the video to begin automatically. Kickboxing will also take place at 5:30 as usual. #healthydentcounty #fod24

Daily Burn is scheduled for today (Thursday) at 5:15 pm. It will begin automatically at exactly 5:15 pm in the classroom. You will need to have your mat and dumbbells ready to go and in place at that time.
