Health Literacy Ministry 02.02.2021

Today BJC gives back made a donation to Health Literacy Ministry. This will help us continue our mission of providing free services to seniors 55 and older. We will be able to provide more seniors free blood pressure machines, scales, pill organizers and a finger tip pulse oximeter if needed. I was there to receive the check but it's a team effort. I thank God for the vision and BJC for the support. I thank HLM's Board and volunteers. I thank everyone for the congratulatory responses. God bless

I would like to say thank you for all of the support provided to Health Literacy Ministry since 2012 to present. This award belongs to everyone who has supported our organization. I would like to thank the nurses, community health workers, peer supporters, social worker, dietitian, respiratory therapist, administrative assistant, data analyst, financial officer, accountant and business consultant for all of your work to further the mission of HLM. HLM would also like to thank those who have made monetary donations. A special thanks to Barnes-Jewish Hospital Foundation, St. Louis Philanthropic Organization and Ameren Missouri for believing in our mission and vision by providing funding to provide the free equipment and assistance needed for seniors to take control of their health by being more proactive and less reactive. God bless
