So the inevitable has caught up with us here on the farm. Hawkeye, our first chicken and the namesake of the farm, has passed It seemed only fitting that she ... ( as the Queen of the flock) receive the same sendoff as her King ( Rockie) whom passed a few months ago... There can be no replacing her.
