Many of the courts are beginning to open up for modified in person hearings. Please contact us before your court date to verify whether you need to appear in person or whether the court will allow you to appear by alternative means (i.e. Zoom, WebEx, phone, etc.) Additionally, our office is open and our staff is working, however, we are limiting in person access to the office to only those cases that absolutely require it. We appreciate your understanding as we all try to navigate the new world that we live in due to COVID-19.

The Missouri Supreme Court extended its previous order cancelling in person court appearances through May 1, 2020. If you are a Hartstack & Campbell, LLC client, then please contact our office to confirm your next court date.

Just a quick update on the courts and COVID-19. The Missouri Supreme Court extended its order cancelling all in person court appearances, with a few exceptions. Most court appearances are now being rescheduled to after April 17, 2020. Our office is working diligently to update our current clients with new court dates once they become available. If you are not currently a Hartstack & Campbell, LLC client, then we encourage you to contact the court to confirm whether your court date has changed.

The well-being of our clients and staff is a priority for us at Hartstack & Campbell, LLC. To help limit the spread of the coronavirus and minimize person to person contact, we have closed our lobby to the public and are limiting communications with our office to phone or email only. Also, on March 16, 2020, the Missouri Supreme Court issued an order which, in part, cancelled all in person court appearances through April 3, 2020, with only a few exceptions. Cancelled hearing...s are being rescheduled by the court, and we are working to notify our clients of their new court dates as soon as those dates become available. If you are not a Hartstack & Campbell, LLC client and you had a court appearance set before April 3, 2020, then we encourage you to contact the court to confirm whether your appearance is still required or whether your court appearance has been continued to another date. We appreciate your understanding, and we encourage you and your family to follow the social distancing guidelines recommended by the CDC.
