The safety protocols put in place to manage the spread of Covid19 are working very well. I am feeling perfectly safe about giving sessions in my office. I am still not going past the 60 minute mark with sessions at this time. I just thought I would also add this little blip from an article I read about receiving massage during this time: From Ashley Abraham.... I don’t think this is the time to show up to a random massage place in a strip mall with lots of practitioners,... she says. I’d recommend seeing a massage therapist you have a relationship with. I am a one person operation and I have your best interest at heart. You will not be exposed to anyone else during your time at my office.

I am open for business following all KCMO guidelines for Phase 2. All services are available except for 75 and 90 minute massages. Those may be back later!

I am doing a soft open now through the end of May. I have limited services and shorter working days for now until we see how things are going. Your safety and mine come before anything else. Online scheduling is disabled for now so you will have to contact me directly if you are wanting an appointment .

With the Kansas City mayor extending the stay in place order yesterday until May 15 I will continue to be closed for business at least through that time. Stay safe everyone!

Here at Harmony and Health I am concerned for everyone's best interest in this trying time. I shut down business operations effective Tuesday March 17 and at least through March 31, maybe longer. My clients mean the world to me and I need to protect them and myself and family from any unnecessary interactions. As much as I think my services are great for one's health and well-being, now is not the time. Please be safe and well during these uncharted waters.
