Hannibal Rocks/RROCK Extreme Rock Crawl Series

Had a dream last night we were back in action:)

From Team Come Get Ya' Some Motorsports: We had an awesome time at Hannibal Rocks this weekend. It was great to see the R Rock Mafia and all the competitors again this year. We love competing at Hannibal Rocks and wish it were a full season there, but we understand and we hope a miracle happens and we can return soon. We wanna thank all the volunteers, judges, teams, spectators, Tom Campbell, and esp Tom and Debbie Wombles for always making us feel like part of the family. We... meet alot of park owners and managers, but non quite like the Wombles. Tom and Debbie put all their heart and soul into this series for many years and we are glad that we got to meet them, compete in the series and make some lifelong friends along the way. We had our first major endo at Hannibal Rocks and ill never forget that place no matter what happens in the future. We had some of our best days and also some of our worst, but no matter what happened at the park Tom and Debbie always made us laugh, love and come begging for more. Tom enjoyed making our life hell on the courses until we bitch and complain, but thats what he wanted anyways. If he could get us riled up he was happy. Debbie always had everything under control and organized. She is the friendliest woman ive ever met involved in the sport of rockcrawling. She also was the only park owner ive ever seen print team trading cards so the kids could have incentitive to meet the drivers and she gave them a free t shirt if they met them all. Its the small things like this that made Hannibal Rocks my favorite park. I have tons more stories, but im outta time. Hannibal Rocks will always be at the top of my list and Tom and Debbie are a huge part of why. Thank-you to everyone that participated in SheRock 2013! It was very touching seeing the children and the new Women drivers taking on the rocks for the first time, doing very, very well and all of the time with smiles on their faces. SheRock 2013 raised $1175 for a SheRock Grand total for the Susan G. Komen Foundation of $22,305.54!!! You should all be very proud. ProMod... Thank-you so much to everyone that made it out for this very special event. The teams put on an amazing show and the RROCK Mafia were top notch as always. Tom and I were both very touched by our "family" which also includes the New London Fire Department and the devoted fans that stuck it out in the heat. With the thunder and lightning at the end of the event, we can all say that we "Went out with a bang!" Love you all.
