Shelby is a champion patient and had a fantastic outcome! Shelby came to Hands On Therapeutics to address her right Achilles that she had to have repaired twice! After her second surgery, she was told that she would no longer be able to perform impact-based activities. As a former dancer, this was hard to except. However, through her hard work and consistency in her program, Shelby is back to jumping, running, and living a more active lifestyle. Way to go Shelby!
