Ladies!!! We will have a ladies Jiu jitsu night on Wednesday, September 30th!! 645 pm. Class will be led by black belt Ann Kneib! Ann is one of only a few female black belts in Missouri and is an accomplished competitor as well! If you have a friend that would like to try class, Wednesday would be a great night!!! There will be no mixed adult class that evening.

All Monday classes are cancelled in recognition of Labor Day!! We will have an Open mat 10 am.

No noon jiu jitsu or 11am boot camp on Monday August 24th. Don’t forget the jw Wright class tmrw at 645pm.

Don’t forget kid’s summer training camp!!! Monday through Friday 9am to noon Monday July 13th to Friday July 24th 2 weeks $100. Students ages 7+
