I wanted to address something to all of you that has been on my mind a lot the past few days. When you come in to your appointment at the glam room it is a JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE. If you had a moment of weakness at home and chopped your bangs, or needed to pop color on your head because you saw a tik tok and wanted a change right that minute- that’s fine too. I am here to support you when you need it. I’m not saying go do any of those, but I’m here to say I get it- life is hard ...enough and this year has not been the most forgiving to most of us. And if If that color didn’t turn out the way you wanted- I will do what I can to get it to something you love. But don’t ever feel ashamed, I am here to help you out. (I may joke with you about it later- but that’s fair game once we are over the initial trauma of the incident ).
