When Michelle and Elizabeth chose Drew to succeed them as the customer service award recipient they were asked, "Why Drew?" Their answer was easy: "We chose Drew because he is always willing to stop what he’s doing to help ALL of us & jumps in and always fixes whatever issue we have. He gets interrupted constantly throughout the day & NEVER complains about it. He’s just the best " And they're right. He really is the best!!!

Flashback Friday, Y'all!! NINE years ago, TCS sponsored a canoe in Race To The Dome. Only two people crazy enough to tackle the Mighty Missouri in a canoe. Given the opportunity, chances are they'd do it all over again!

It's National Daughter's Day today. Show us your daughters!!

So... the president of TCS turned 40 and has inherited the roaming "senior citizen" plaquard. There are some people approaching 60 who are very offended by the idea that 40 is senior citizen territory.

This month's Customer Service Award is a two-fer (three if you count Yoda). Michelle and Elizabeth do all of our dispatching and coordination of techs. It has been a very busy year for our techs and these ladies have done a fabulous job of keeping them where they need to be, as well as keeping our customers happy. We're lucky to have them! Congratulations, Ladies! Well deserved award!

We're going to have to do some serious educating on what constitutes a "cream filled donut." Happy National Cream Filled Donut Day.
