Eleven hour days when you expected eight feel just fine with this happy lil baby waiting at home!
Memories from my childhood bring me great joy. After being reunited with a lot of things from my early years last summer, I didn’t want to lose any more time with those mems. No matter how small your space is, you still have a lot of potential to utilize it! I got a couple of cheap metal shelves and filled the empty spot under my rolling cart. Boom! Instant happiness. Bonus: I can’t see my ugly dryer vent anymore!
Opening day was a lot bananas and some pretty brutal growing pains, but rebuilding years are rarely highlight reels. Thank you to everyone who has shown up and supported our reopening. It means so, so much to each and every one of us. We’re super grateful! @ Alamo Drafthouse Springfield

Every time you eat, you impact the hormones that control metabolic sensations like hunger, energy levels, cravings, mood. What and how much you eat also determines whether or not the body is burning or storing fat, and losing or building muscle Better questions to ask: What impact will this food have on my blood sugar? Will this energize and fuel me? What do I need to do today and does this food help me feel and perform my best? Will this cause cravings or trigger over-eating? Do I really want this or am I eating it to avoid boredom, loneliness, sadness, anger, etc. Learn the link between food and hormones in Fat Loss Lifestyle School so you can start making informed choices based on science - not emotion. Take food off the altar and stop giving it so much power by attaching morals to it. Phrases like clean eating and healthy eating are meaningless as far as fat loss is concerned. Instead, put your focus and energy where it matters.
