To francesca’s, Houston is home. Our distribution center, corporate home office, numerous boutiques, and hundreds of team members are all located in Texas and this week our state was devastated by Winter Storm Uri. Since Monday our normal business operations have been inoperable due to state-wide power outages, dangerous freeze conditions, a lack of running water, and damages caused by broken pipes. Today, we are happy to see our resources being restored so that we can start to ship out your orders. But, our hearts remain with our team members and customers who are still affected by this storm.
