Let's talk nutrition! . I don't like most fruits and veggies! Not don't like but I dread letting my husband cook because I know he will add asparagus or Brussels sprouts to the meal and I hate acting like a toddler that doesn't want to eat their veggies in front of my teens. When it comes to fruits I can tolerate them but unless they're blended up in a shake I won't eat those much either. . A few weeks ago, after our diet was utter garbage I decided I needed a sustainable... solution. So I gave a program a try and love it. I don't have to cut any food groups out of my diet, the meals are fantastic and flavorful, and I'm not hungry all the time from skipping meals. . In the first two weeks Joz lost 8 lbs, I lost 7 lbs, and adam lost 4. This program is all about portion control, and its allowed me to feel better and eat healthier without having to eat too many fruits and veggies. Of the 5 items @stitchfix sent me only two were really what I was looking for and I only kept the jumper because the maxi dress which was super cute was a bit more then I would ever pay for a maxi dress. Anyway I love the jumper and did a really fun and quick photo shoot with the very talented @silverfoxxstudio after my hair appointment with @jlmooney07 . . This is my partner in crime the dude I love spending time with! We workout together at least 4 days a week. This is today after an entire hour TRX workout and then a 30 min casual walk.
