Today we celebrated the grand opening of the newly renovated Bayer Gateway Region YMCA with a ribbon-cutting ceremony! KAI, in association with Gro as the Design Architect, designed the 19,000 SF $2.5 million renovation to include an expanded Early Childhood Education Center, a new STEM & Teen Technology Center, a larger workout gym, a modernized community kitchen, and more! #TransformingCommunities

#FlashbackFriday: Just over a year ago we celebrated the completion of the new BJC West County Hospital with a ribbon-cutting ceremony! KAI Build was selected in a joint venture partnership with PARIC Corporation to provide preconstruction services and build a new replacement hospital at the existing site of the West County Hospital. Called the most advanced hospital from a technology perspective by BJC’s Chief Nursing Officer, the $130 million hospital contains six levels, 64 private rooms and 14 operating rooms, including one robotic operating room. #40YearsofTransformingCommunities
