Four States Surgery Center has passed its AAAHC Medicare level recertification. We have once again received the highest honor of a three year accreditation. Thanks to the staff and physicians for all their hard work!
Our wonderful staff are thrilled to be performing surgeries again! We are excited to have to opportunity to once again provide for our wonderful community.

Four States Surgery Center would like to extend it's thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the tornado. We are devastated by the loss of our community. We were fortunate compared to many others and we are deeply saddened by the loss many of you have experienced. We are working hard to rebuild and begin servicing our wonderful community once again.
Work on the Thousand Oaks Building to rebuild started 5/25/2011
