A new tradition.

Congratulations to Robert and Cheryl Rauschenbach! They closed on their new home today, our "Brookfield" model with our Craftsman style elevation. Their home has a 3 car garage, a large granite kitchen island, and a home office. They are moving into our Estates at Carman Woods Subdivision which is located near Highway 141 and Carman Road in West St. Louis County. Thanks to the Rauschenbach's for choosing us to build your new home, and we hope you have a many great years there.

Congratulations to Diane Hines who closed on her new home yesterday, our "Hampton" model, in the Villages of West Lake in Pacific. Her home is a 1.5 Story (master bedroom on the main level, other bedrooms on the second story), with hardwood floors on the main level, a 2 story foyer, and 3 car garage. We hope you enjoy many years in your new home!

Congrats to David and Mary Stein, who close on their brand new "Brookfield" ranch in our Estates at Carman Woods subdivision!
