Congrats to Scar Joe aka Stephanie for losing the most body fat in our last fitness challenge!! (Scroll down for awesome upcoming updates) She lost 4.8% bod...y fat, which for her was 19.3 lbs on a scale. In order to win, we go off of whoever loses the most Actual FAT, not that weight on a scale. Stephanie came to train every day, driving 25 miles from Leawood, Kansas to our gym in Lee's Summit, MO mornings at 5 am or 930 am. Wow... I am JUST getting up from partying last night, so here's the link to the New Years Specials. When I go... I like to go hard! Go hard or stay home! I don't really worry about HOW I'm gonna workout cuz anyone can workout anywhere, anytime with minimal equipment. Just like my video the other day, doing Pull ups on my mom's staircase while it was snowing outside. I chose the body parts I wanted to workout, which were chest and back, and I did what I could with what I had. That's called No Excuses Training. Do This Instead of That If You Have Lower Back or Knee Pain, but Still Want To Build your Booty and Legs. Maybe you have jacked up knees or a history of lower back pain like me. And maybe it's holding you back from doing things because you're not sure if it's gonna hurt you or not. ... Focus on your form and keep working at it every week. Start out without weights on the Bulgarian Split Squats til you can go all the way down without pain and in perfect form. FYI, there's also modifications to these two exercises if you have other knee issues going on. Remember... . Rome wasn't built in a day and your results won't come back in a day neither. I was outta commission from working out hardcore for about 4 weeks so that's about how long it'll take for me just to get back to where I was in strength and cardiovascular endurance. What are your favorite food items to throw on the grill? My one quickie simple favorite is Steak. A 12 ounce sirloin steak can be cooked in under 10 minutes, and then paired with other Asian side dishes or whatever. Veggies are quick and easy on the grill too. Oh... and always season your foods. Don't eat them bland.

Congrats to Beth Foraker on winning our last 35-day fitness challenge, all while training online at home via ZOOM!! This was a Fat Loss challenge, not a weight loss challenge, and Beth dropped 4.1% body fat in the 35 days, to become the biggest loser out of 21 total challengers. In doing so, she's not only brought sexier back, she also wins the first place prize of $400 cash money. ... This was probably one of the toughest challenges we've ever put on, due to the timing and situation we're in. With COVID being around, Beth trained from home with me via ZOOM every week at either 6 am or 930 am. Online training is just as good for seeing results, if not BETTER than training in-person. We're all about getting results for people, not having fancy equipment and looking all pretty for no reason. TWO FINAL CHALLENGES OF 2020 1. If you're interested in joining our next challenge, it's starting on Wednesday November 18th and ends Tuesday Dec 22nd. 2. STAY FIT!! Transformation Tuesday Baby!! People ask me if I feel different or old or whatever and I tell them, Nah I feel just as good as I did in my 20s and 30s. Age 41 and feeling awesome!!... I say this all the time... everyone is on their own fitness journey, as you should be. Chronological age will go up every year, and I'll be 42 next year. But Getting Old is a totally different thing. I don't feel old, whatever that means. I love to have fun and swing on monkey bars and jump off of things and do cart wheels and compete and just do whatever I want. Like my man Greg Justice said a few weeks ago when he turned 60, you only Get Old when you stop being active. You've gotta keep your body and mind active and keep challenging yourself. He started doing Ninja Warrior training at the age of 59 and I've dabbled in it thru the years and am now playing Ninja with him. It's not easy but it's helping us both stay young and transforming into our new selves every week. My transformation here is both physical and mental. Ever since late high school thru college and still today, I just prefer not to wear shirts whenever I can. Why? Well, why not? I had a client say to me, Kri you always wear long shorts so we never see your legs. Sorry, I'm not gonna be like all these new age kids and wear short ass shorts that go up my ass, just so I can show off my legs. So, here's my very first pic on social media of a total body shot. I went from 151 lbs and 10% body fat pre-COVID, to 146 lbs and 8% body fat. Not only that, I've been training 6 days a week because I've been trying to get my muscle back from COVID. And now my legs are actually stronger than they were before COVID and actually... I'm overall stronger and lighter than what I was pre-COVID. Anyone can transform themselves anytime they want, including you. It doesn't matter if we're in a pandemic, quarantine, COVID, riots, election, work, business, family, kids, or just crazy ass shit happening around us. YOU can still focus on YOU. and you NEED to. 2021 is gonna be an even more bad ass year!! If anyone wants to join me in bad assery and staying young and strong, jump on the train baby!!
