Kidding leads to milking. In dairy land, its ALL about the udder. We breed for udder improvement and overall conformation to breed standards. We started 6 years ago w/ a small foundation herd with lots of solid milk lines. Lots of evaluating what I'd like to improve and what buck would best get me there. Our bucks have had their OWN plans several times, but we have good bucks, so its hard to go wrong. Kiyoshi (out of Ages Ago Acres Turn the Page and Ages Ago Acres Boq) is a stunner. She's beautiful head to toe. Gorgeous Roman nose....and her udder is coming in. Day 3 first freshen she's milked a solid half gallon - and QUICK. Her teat placement is greatly improved over her dam and her orifices are like kitchen faucets. Milk just pours out. I'm really excited to see how she's looking in a couple months.
