Here is our pricing and service list! * Per CDC guidelines a mask is to be worn by cleaner at all times until further notice* * Residential Cleaning... Weekly, Bi-weekly,Monthly Starting at a $23.00 - $25.00 hourly rate. ( Prices may vary if client is located over 15 miles outside of Troy.) *Move in/out If your previous tenant has just moved, or you are planning to sell your home this is the perfect clean for you!! And in addition all Landlords and Realtors will receive a 10% discount!!! Pricing for this service Varies as we bid these cleaning prior to scheduling. Starting at $125.00 - $300.00. * New construction This cleaning much like our move in/out cleaning this is a very detail oriented cleaning. Price varies as we bid this service prior to scheduling. Starting at $150.00-$170.00 per home. *Organization services If you just cant seem to accumulate enough free time to organize your home and/or office. Let us help you!!! Organization services are offered at a firm price of $15.00 hourly!! *Separately charged services Interior oven cleaning - $20.00 Interior refrigerator cleaning - $25.00 All baseboards scrubbed - $25.00 Window cleanings - $15.00 Trash Removal- upon request free of charge These services are NOT included in the hourly cleaning rate. *Vaccum cleaner is not provided as we do not like to transfer smells and bacteria from one house to another.
