St. Louis County Judge rules MO "No Pay-No Play" Statute Unconstitutional! My young client was injured after being T-Boned and made the mistake of not maintaining auto insurance. Although the other driver was at-fault, the liable driver's insurance relied on the "No Pay-No Play" Statute, intended to prevent uninsured drivers from collecting pain-and-suffering from car accident injuries. My client was only offered his medical expenses until we filed our lawsuit and the judge granted our motion. My client learned the importance of maintaining insurance and he is also receiving a sum of money that will make a difference in his life - I am very happy for him!

I am still working hard as ever to reinstate client licenses despite the challenges presented by Covid-19 and Courts operating at limited capacity. This is great opportunity to make progress on a suspended Missouri license. Call me at 314-753-1372 to get started on reinstating your Missouri License. I look forward to hearing from you! A client of mine just had her felony dismissed pursuant to a plea agreement in St. Louis County. This client is young and had no criminal history. She worked hard to pay full restitution to the victim and was offered a plea deal to amend her felony to a misdemeanor. This was a great offer but I did not want her to plead guilty to stealing since I was confident she would stay out of legal trouble. I was able to get her accepted into a Diversion Program which required significant community service among other conditions. We did not take the easy way out and I am so glad this person did not plead guilty to stealing. Some people really deserve a second chance and I am very happy to see the extra work pay off for such a deserving client!

This whole situation is really awful but it does put things into perspective for a lot of people. I am really looking forward to putting on a suit and going back to court to earn a living. In the meantime I am here for free phone consultations - don’t hesitate to call for your legal needs. 314-753-1372.
