This week's shout-out goes to Donna! She took some extra time to work on her starting position for the Dragonflag lower yesterday... bringing her legs straight up and really engaging her core before lowering. STAY ON THE TRACKS Lunge Tip: If you have trouble with balance or keeping your moving leg from drifting over towards the other imagine standing on railroad tracks for your lunge. And you wanna stay on those tracks while moving. Slide your foot back if you need to. Hips face forward. When you move off those tracks it can cause you to twist your hips and can feel more unstable like a tightrope. ... Stay on the tracks for a strong lunge!
