It's time for some in-house fun! Registration is open to all current CF70 members. $45 to register (includes a t-shirt) Register via kiosk at the desk or venmo: @CrossFit70... proceeds to benefit the local Crisis Nursery. Once you've registered, make sure to fill in the t-shirt order on the desk at the box. ***Deadline to register, Oct. 19th*** The CF70 Dry Tri will consist of: teams of 3 (teams will be picked from a hat, after the deadline) 5k Row 10k run 4k bike * split however your team wants bring chairs a mask and CHILLI for THE COOKOFF afterwards!! ***due to the volume of people that day, CF70 will be requiring masks at all times, when its not your heat time*** Adults only please.
