Kansas City, MO John Doe (marker E in attached video) was discovered on October 30, 1995.The finder went to investigate foul odor coming from the wooded area which he had smelled for a couple of weeks prior to discovery. Doe was found on 10-30-95 at approx 18:00 hrs but was not reported to police until the next day,10-31-95 at approx 16:58 hrs. John Doe was estimated to have died 2 Months prior.
