Complete Harmony STL

What a year! We have adjusted and tackled things we never imagined we would do all at once. Our kids have adapted to all the changes, and faced many feelings that were new, or all too familiar. We did it! You did it! We know there are many more challenging, joyous, and adventurous days ahead. This is what we have been talking about and exploring with our private sessions this week. What about 2020 do we feel good about? Do we have any sad, angry, or other feelings about 202...0? What do we want to feel in 2021? These are great questions to explore intentions. We want to thank you for allowing us to offer support to you and your family. We feel honored to be called upon in trying times. We look ahead to a new year where we continue to remain a constant support for families and our community.

Yoga is connection. Right now we are making connections so differently. We are calling our friends and loved ones on zoom, we are trying to allow space between the people we are around in our homes all the time, and we are at many times feeling disconnected from our own selves. What we love about our group coming up is that we will be talking about and experiencing a lot of types of connections. Tiffany and Melissa will be talking about friends, school, and family and what that looks like going into 2021. Using trauma informed mindfulness and yoga that allows choice, body awareness, and processing allows us to connect to our own selves. Tiffany and Melissa are excited to meet with this group on zoom, to talk, process and move. You can sign up on our website!

PrideSTL currently has over 100 boxes of non-perishable food items from the Urban League. Times are tough for most/all of us right now. If you’re deciding betwe...en which bill to pay, or your grocery budget isn’t doing as much as it should, or you know someone who’s too prideful to ask for help, please email [email protected]. We have so many boxes to give away and the Urban League is gracious enough to give us more boxes when we give all of these away. Dance Movement Therapy can be so incredibly powerful! If you are an adult, please check out this class. We know the importance of movement to process lots of things happening. Things happening within ourselves, and the world around us. Give yourself some time to process while moving and connecting.

Melissa and Tiffany @felicity_counseling_314 are back to offer this 4 session zoom series. Our youth are struggling with the constant changes, and the way things are bit returning to what they remember. We are excited to offer a safe space for youth to explore these things using mindfulness, yoga, and group led conversation. Spaces are limited. Reach out if you have any questions.

When we were told we needed to have signs and reminders for our youth as they were in the studio, we knew we wanted to partner with a local artist. We knew we wanted to support a #bipocartists and/or a #queerartist ! When we found @oritalacreates everything fell into place. We wanted our signs to be inclusive, kid friendly, and fun. Yay for another Girl Scout troop class! We love being a registered Girl Scout provider and offering journeys and troop classes. This group of girls will be doing mindfulness, yoga, and leave with our very own yoga patch created by local artist and art therapist @talilight and more. We miss seeing our troops in person but this zoom class will be fun too!
