We are bonded and professionally licensed. We are now seeking Registered Nurses to be a part of our team. We are currently offering part-time employment positions. Our services areas are St. Louis, St. Louis County, and St. Charles County. We offer safety programs to our employees and we offer an outreach program that gives our clients and our staff information on the services and programs available in the communities in which they live. Role: The RN will provide direct patient care that includes: Patient assessments, care planning and implementation Events planning and participation Patient evaluation within the guidelines of standard of nursing care Responsibilities: Maintain accurately complete health care records and reports Administer medications to clients and monitor clients for side effects and reactions Follow physician’s orders as written Take and record patient vital signs and medical information Monitor, report and record symptoms and changes in the client’s condition. Administer non-intravenous medication Assess, implement, plan and/or evaluate clients nursing care plans by working with the health care team members Attend and coordinate required meetings and in-service training Work special events Work as office staff as needed Minimum Requirements: Bachelor Degree/BSN Must have and possess current state licensure as a Registered Nurse Current American Heart Association CPR before start date Have licensed and insured vehicle Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, families, physicians, hospitals and CQC staff Basic computer skills Experience in home health care Experience in case management and must be able to work in community events as needed.
