DUE TO INCREASED CASES OF COVID-19 IN THE AREA WE ARE ASKING THAT YOU PLEASE WEAR A MASK IF YOU NEED SERVICES THAT REQUIRE YOU TO COME IN TO THE LOBBY OF OUR BANK. IF YOU PREFER NOT TO WEAR A MASK PLEASE USE OUR DRIVE-IN WINDOWS, ON-LINE BANKING OR MOBILE BANKING. ALL SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE TO YOU- LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN SERVE YOUR NEEDS IN THE SAFEST WAY POSSIBLE. We will re-open our lobby at both locations on Monday, June 1, 2020. They will look a bit different! Our staff will be protected by plastic shields on their desks and at the teller line. They will be wearing a mask if not behind their protected area. We ask, but are not requiring, that you wear a mask also. In Richmond, the traffic in the lobby will be one way-enter on one side, exit on the other. In Excelsior, we will limit the number of customers in the lobby to two.... There will be decals on the floor and arrows to help you navigate social distancing. We have plenty of hand sanitizer for your use. And please know that we are taking extra precautions to keep our bank clean and as safe as possible. Our check-writing stands will be closed-you will need to ask a teller for blank forms. Please use your own pen, or take the one we provide with you. Our coffee bars AND restrooms will be closed to the public. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms, please use our drive-thru. We will still have all of the services available that we have had in place for the past several weeks. Parking lot loan closings, online banking, mobile banking, drive-thru notaries and account openings by phone or through the drive-thru. UPDATE TO CUSTOMERS: In an effort to maximize the safety of our customers and our staff we have made the decision to keep our lobby closed until June 1, 2020. We have been able to maintain all of our services through the drive-through window, by phone and other creative means. We have established eight home offices which have allowed most of our staff to continue working while on a rotation of one week in office and one week out of office. During the month of May we will be working on making our facilities safe for our customers and staff. We appreciate your patience. At this time our bank has made a decision to split our staff into two groups to protect our staff as much as possible from the COVID-19 virus and to help decrease the risk of a possible full bank closure. Beginning Monday, April 6, 2020 we will be working at half capacity at both locations. At this time our hours of operation, through the drive-in window only, will remain the same- 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. in Richmond and 8:00 am-4:00 pm in Excelsior Springs. Staff members not in the working group will be working remotely to try to continue our good service to our customers. All of the officers will be available whether at the office or from their home.
