If one of your New Year’s Resolutions is to exercise more, be sure to also make it your resolution to drink more water! When you sweat, you urinate less, which allows for stone-causing minerals to settle and bond in kidneys and urinary tract. The best way to avoid kidney stones is to stay well hydrated.
