For the safety of our staff and our other patients, please wear a mask if you need to have an in person exam. This can be a cloth mask or even a more surgical type of mask. These can be obtained at a number of retailers such as Target, Walgreen's, Wal-Mart or Sam's Club. We are only allowed to order/receive enough masks for our staff and are unfortunately able to supply masks to patients at this time. If you have traveled out of the state or out of the country in the 14 days before your appointment or if you are feeling under the weather please call the office at 573.449.3846 and we can assist you in scheduling a telemedicine evaluation or rescheduling your in person evaluation.
