Deer Season Update: Unfortunately our coolers and freezer are full and we will not be able to take anymore deer this week Including boneless trim. If you have boneless trim - extra clean please! feel free to freeze that that and call to have your name added to the waiting list. We will continue to make specialty products throughout the season.

So you could get up at the crack of dawn, wrestle a raw bird, pray the oven holds out, pray some more that you timed it right, PRAY again that the bug ugly thing doesn’t dry out after all that effort. Or you could order a delicious smoked Turkey from your favorite home town meat shop and let us do all the work!

Remember we will only be taking clean boneless deer trim to make specialty products or hamburger and whole carcass deer being donated to the Share the Harvest program this weekend. Be safe! We will be open Saturday 9:00-3:00, Sunday 9:00-2:00 Monday -Friday 10:00-5:00.

We have a part time position open! We looking for one more person for our customer service team. 2-3 days a week 15-20 hours depending on your schedule( more hours are available during our busy season.) This position would be perfect for you college students! Days will need to include Friday 9:30- 5:15 and Saturday 9:30-2:00 at a minimum. Deer Season 2020 We know many of you still have questions about deer season so to clarify. November 14th- November 30th we will be accepting whole carcass field dressed deer for Share the Harvest only. During that time if you harvest a deer please feel free to bring us your exceptionally clean boneless trim for specialty products or hamburger. We will accept whole carcass deer before and after those dates which includes, bow season, youth rifle season, alternative season, and Kansas rifle season and bow seasons. Please call us with any questions.

Deer Season 2020- Important info for the season! Because of the tremendous need of our local farmers for custom processing of beef and hogs we have had to make some difficult decisions this year for deer season. We will be taking whole deer as normal from September 15- November 13th. and November 30- January 15th. During the main Missouri gun season November 14- November 29th we will be taking extra clean boneless trim only we will NOT be able to take whole deer during that t...ime with the exception of Share the Harvest deer because of space constraints. We know that is a big inconvenience for many of you and for that we are very sorry! COVID has required us to step up and take care of each other. Due to the closure of many large packing facilities our local farmers faced a financial catastrophe with no place to take their livestock for slaughter. Across the state small and medium processing plants are doing everything we can to step up and help. We hope that things will all be back to normal next year.
