COURT UPDATE FOR December 10, 2020 DOCKET Per Judge B. Salmon, the following changes in procedure will be followed at the December 10, 2020 Municipal Court. Court will be held in the City Hall Gymnasium to allow for better social distancing. Traffic and Probation Violations docket will be at 5:00 p.m. and Ordinance Violations at 6:00 p.m. Defendants and subpoenaed witnesses ONLY will be allowed into the court room. After you have seen the Judge, please do not linger in t...he building. All matters that can be handled beforehand are strongly encouraged to do so. Cash only payments will be accepted at court. Credit card/debit card payments can be made online at www.trafficpayment.com. Money orders or cashier check can be left in the after-hour drop box (please be sure to include identifying information: ticket number, your name, address and phone number) or mailed to Richmond Municipal Court, 205 Summit St, Richmond, MO 64085. *Continuances will be granted to those who have not already been granted one previously or if requested by their attorney.
