Attention all Osceola Utility Customers..... the City is working on starting ACH withdrawal for your utility bill! That means your bill will always be paid on time! You will not incur late charges! You don't have to mail a check! You don't have to come see me, after it gets set up! ;) We are hoping to have it up and going by our October due date! Mayor Gibbs and the Osceola Board of Aldermen having recognized the public health risk due to the possibility of Covid 19, have cancelled the public meeting scheduled 12-8-2020 and will reevaluate the risk before the next scheduled meeting on 12-20-2020.

The Angel Tree is hanging full of ornaments! Each ornament represents a gift request from one of the thirty-four St. Clair County foster children. If you love... to shop this is the event for you! If you don't love to shop, or don't have the time for shopping, but still want to make a difference in the lives of local foster children, this is still the event for you. Here’s how you can help. Stop in at either of our two locations and pick an ornament from our tree. Then, purchase the gift item listed on that ornament, and bring the unwrapped gift and a gift receipt back to the library by Thursday, December 10th. If you would prefer not to shop, we gladly accept monetary donations and donations of gift wrapping supplies. We look forward to seeing you this season! See more
