Here are some other ways to fight off the flu season in a preventative manner.

We are what we eat and if we fill ourselves with junk then why would you think your health would stay with you. Spend your money on healthy foods which admittedly costs more but you save at the doctors office and the pharmacy because you will not need them as much.

Evidently a well crafted study that shows surprise surprise that organically prepared soil produces more nutritious food than chemical farming or big corporate agribusiness. Yes organic is more expensive but if you eat healthier food you spend your money there and not at the Doctors office when you get sick because your body is not receiving the nutrients you need to be healthy.
