We want to take a moment to express our extreme gratitude to all of our employees for their dedication to serving our customers. Collectively, our team has taken hundreds of calls and overcome numerous logistical issues and frigid temperatures to deliver over a quarter of a million gallons of propane since Friday morning, with many working into the night throughout the weekend to ensure our customers are well prepared for the cold temperatures and snow. We are extremely thankful for our dedicated family of employees and all of our customers that trust us with their propane needs. From our family to yours- stay safe and stay warm!

Folks, be careful out there if you choose to get out. The roads and sidewalks are very icy and freezing rain and sleet is supposed to continue falling throughou...t the day. The Street Department is out putting cinders on the streets. Remember, there is no way to plow for ice. Please be careful out there!

Our office will be closed Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with our families. With the number of Covid-19 cases in Ironton county and the surrounding counties that we service increasing, our office will be temporarily changing our policies to help slow the spread of Covid. Effective Monday, November 23, our offices will be closed to walk in customers until further notice. For propane orders, please call our office at 573-546-0040. ... If you need to make a payment on your account you have several options. Payments may be placed in an envelope and dropped into the mail slot in the door, which will be checked on a daily basis. You may also make a debit/credit card payment over the phone by calling 573-546-0040 or online at https://chiltonoilcompany.myfuelportal.com. Please let us know if you would like to pay the driver on delivery so that arrangements can be made to leave the payment underneath the dome of the tank. We will not be filling cylinders until our office reopens.
