And today we would like to welcome Maddy Hollis as a new veterinary assistant! Here's her biography: Maddy is currently attending Eureka High School. Throughout high school she has been involved in Volleyball, Student Council, HOSA, and NHS. She has always had a passion for animals. Throughout her life she has had many pets such as dogs, cats and chickens. Right now her family has 2 dogs, Snowball and Lily, and 3 cats Peter, Sam, and Binx. In her free time, Maddy spends time with her animals and family, reads, plays the piano, and listens to music. Maddy hopes to work in the science field in her future! She is super excited to be a part of the CHVH team and to be learning so many new things!
We are so happy to add Melanie to our team as a veterinary assistant! Here's a little about her: Melanie grew up in St. Louis and graduated from Rockhurst University in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Biomedical Physics. Because animals are her lifelong passion, she has always worked with them in some capacity. She has volunteered at the Wildlife Rescue Center as well as worked with several animal daycares, rescues, and veterinary hospitals previously. Working in the veterinary field is the perfect fit for her! She currently lives in St. Peters with her dog, Milo, and her cat, Alfie. Melanie is excited to continue to grow within the veterinary field and be a part of the wonderful community here at Cherry Hills Veterinary Hospital.
