You're probably aware of the second round of #StimulusChecks, but it's likely you have questions. The good news? This batch of checks is being issued at a faster rate than the first round from 2020. Here's some answers to your burning questions from @Forbes: #StimulusCheck

PPP Update: The PPP is set to launch on Monday, January 11th, 2021 with most banks ready to accept applications and the last application to be accepted on March 30th, 2021 Reminder, this round of PPP require that you have a 25% decrease in revenue in any given quarter when compared to 2019. It further requires you to be an eligible entity to apply (currently, Landlords are not eligible).... Furthermore, this PPP does not allow any "Agent Fees" to be paid. So make sure you don't get charged for it. As always, if you need help applying, seeing if you meet the 25% revenue drop requirement (there are some wiggle room that a good accountant can play in), applying for the EIDL, and/or help with your cash flow - feel free to reach out to me.
