APRIL IS DISTRACTED DRIVING AWARENESS MONTH!!! According to a survey, almost 100% of teenagers agree that texting and driving is dangerous. Still half of them admitted to doing it anyway. It may only take a few seconds to glance at your phone, but, if you are driving at 60 miles an hour, you were blind to the road while you drove the length of a football field. Please don’t text or shave or put on makeup while driving. Any distraction can wait.

Thursday update-due to unsafe parking lot conditions, our administrative offices will remain closed until Monday, Fed 22nd. Bus service will continue to be unavailable Friday. All Gilster and P and G are running as normal. We also plan on resuming all other taxi transportation as normal starting Friday as well. Please keep in mind there are still areas, especially rural roads, that we will still be unable to safely travel to, and we will make those determinations on a case by case basis!

We are beginning to expand our taxi service to work related transportation in addition to medical transportation this evening. We hope to be able to resume to normal services sometime tomorrow pending road conditions. Please keep in mind some areas are still impossible for us to get to and even those that are can take longer than usual. Bus service will still be unavailable tomorrow and our administrative offices will be closed but we plan on being open Friday. Gilster transportation and P and G transportation are running as expected also.
