CALLING ALL EDUCATORS . Friends of Kids with Cancer is seeking a highly qualified educator for the Educational and Motivational Assistance Program (EdMAP). The successful candidate will have a strong, outgoing personality and experience building relationships with students in small group or one on one settings; have a passion for and understanding of the mission of Friends of Kids with Cancer; understand the balance between the learning needs of each student with the phy...sical and emotional aspects of cancer treatment; be an advocate for students’ needs at their school; have a strong understanding of educational needs and learning disabilities; develop relationships with key stakeholders at the pediatric oncology centers. .
