We have been monitoring all of your shipments for the last few weeks. While we wish we could do more on our end, unfortunately, many or your your packages have been shipped for more than a week now (some several weeks) and are out of our control. We do not see any updates different from what you are able to see with the tracking number provided to you. Most packages are shipped via USPS 2-3 day Priority Shipping. Other than the post office being overwhelmed, there is no rhyme... or reason to some of the delays. Some packages that were shipped along with your item have moved on to the next Distribution Center or even delivered within the 2-3 day Priority Shipping time frame. Others just seem to be stuck somewhere. We ship on the day that the tracking number is issued. We assemble, package, weigh and then print the postage and ship. If we're lucky enough to make it in time, the postal carrier picks up at our shop. If we happen to miss them, we hand deliver that evening to our local post office before they close. We appreciate your understanding and wish there was something we could do at this point to make sure you received your packages in time. https://www.washingtonpost.com///21/usps-delays-christmas/
