BRANSON ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER RESCUES DEER This morning around 8:00 a.m., an Animal Control Officer with the Branson Police Department responded to the report of a deer stuck in a fence in a wooded area near Fall Creek Rd. When the ACO arrived, she found the deer had gotten one of its back legs caught in the wires of a fence. Within a few minutes, the ACO was able to free the deer and she (THE DEER) ran away unharmed. TRAFFIC ALERT - ROAD CLOSURE Due to a traffic crash, there is a partial ROAD CLOSURE on Bird Rd from Wintergreen Rd to near Town Center Dr behind the Branson Hills Pkwy shopping center. ... Please avoid the area and use a detour route of Branson Hills Pkwy and Town Center Rd while the road is closed. Please do not cut through the shopping center parking lot to detour. The expected closure is estimated at 1-2 hours.
